Mechanical Design Engineer

The Role
As a Mechanical Design Engineer within our clients HVAC & Auxiliary Systems section, you will be responsible for the design and visualization of system descriptions. Your main tasks will involve using software such as Aveva, AutoCAD, and Creo to develop production documentation and technical reports/specifications for both clients and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the client's team of highly skilled system engineers who are committed to progress and excellence in their field. The work involves exciting and varied projects on high-tech platforms.
What You Will Do
- Design and visualize system descriptions using Aveva, AutoCAD, and Creo.
- Develop production documentation and technical reports/specifications.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical and production aspects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the design process.
The Ideal Candidate 🌟
You are a curious and collaborative designer who understands the importance of interaction with other areas of responsibility within both technology and production. Whether you are experienced or newly graduated, your ability to think analytically and solve complex problems is crucial for success in this role. You are accustomed to working with CAD tools and have experience in developing 3D models and drawings. Your commitment to quality and improvement initiatives ensures that you deliver high caliber work consistently.
Requirements 🎓
- A BSc in Mechanical engineering or a related technical field.
- Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Bonus Points 🌈
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and drawing production using Aveva and/or Creo Windchill.
- Experience in Water and Sanitation (VA) or Heating, Ventilation, and Sanitation (VVS)
- Experience in piping design and ductwork.
