The role

As a Senior Project Manager at Additude, you will not just manage projects; you will be a driving force behind their success. You will work closely with dynamic teams, internal and external stakeholders, and cutting-edge technology to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Please note that this role may involve travel 1-2 times per week outside the Malmö/Lund area.

• Handle technical requirements, system architecture, and project documentation
• Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes

• Communicate and manage expectations from external stakeholders

To shine in this role, you'll need a strong technical background, an ability to manage diverse projects and stakeholders, and a passion for delivering excellence. Your communication and leadership skills should be top-notch.

Requirements 🎓

• MSc in Engineering (Technical Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Mechanics)
• Extensive experience in project management, requirements handling, and system architecture
• Proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Nordic citizenship and fluent in Swedish

Bonus Points 🌈

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Experience with requirements management tools like DOORS
